I was on my way home from work when I blew out a tire. I put on my spare and made my way here, thinking I could take care of the problem in the same day. At first, I was impressed when I pulled up and they were immediately able to serve me and help replace the tire! They took my old rim and fixed a new tire on it before putting it back on my car. I paid $70 bucks and that was that! I drove home to feel my care shake horribly - they did not balance the tire or realign them. Moreso, I realized that they had sold me a USED tire without informing me. This used tire should never have been sold! Pictures added show the wear and tear, cracks, and dry rot on the tire they sold me after putting it on. I went in for help, and ended up being put at greater risk driving with this old tire than if I would have just drove around with the little donut spare still attached. I am disappointed. I thought this shop was a good one that cared about it's customers, but its clear to me that the only thing they care about is money. They prioritize profit over safety, evidenced by selling me an old "new" tire. My receipt is also attached, that shows the charge listed as "miscellaneous" item. Not "new tir

I currently live in York and out of the many tire shops in Lincoln,( I've literally called every single one) this spot got my sale. 3 tires for $250 flat cash price. Owner said he needed to add installment fee of $10 per tire and then added the 4th tire. Ended up paying $350. Thats $87.50/tire including installment tire onto the rim (not into the vehicle) which is still pretty good price for IRONMAN brand tires. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I got 6 vehicles and will come back for future tires.

Extremely unprofessional. made me pay upfront for "new tires" and gave me used tires and one was an entirely different size that ended up bursting while i was driving. wouldn't recommend taking your car here if your looking for professional and quality maintenance for your car.

Excellent and honest service! Even when they were extremely busy They got me in and out as quickly as possible with some quality work done. Especially If you’re in a pinch and need to used tire asap hit these guys up 🙏🏼 And I just found out that they have a one month guarantee on their used tires, even if you’ve got a nail in it. These guys are genuine for sure.

Terrible service. I brought brand-new tires to install, but the worker clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He spent hours trying to put the tire on the rim and ended up damaging my rim. The owner later came and installed the tire, but the rim was already ruined. After only one week, my brand-new tires started leaking because of the damage they caused. This is careless and unprofessional work. They wasted my time and destroyed my rim. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.
